AUSTRALIAN VIRTUAL K9 CONFERENCE 2022
INSTRUCTIONS
On receipt of your below expressions of interest, contracts will be sent to the successful applicants.
Applicants are separated in TIER 1 & 2 categories for privacy, operational and legislative requirements.
All presenters, vendors and instructors will be verified for relevant industry onboarding at the virtual lobby check in.
TIER 1 & 2: Instructors - Presenters - Vendors - Sponsors
1. Nominate your instructors, choose a presentation topic or product/service you are offering via email.
2. Nominate between 1-3 separate topics of instruction (from 40min) up to 2 hours in duration.
3. Topics will be released over the morning, afternoon and evening of the conference day. For example, if you only have one topic, it will be presented in all three sessions. Content is archived by the conference company for 12 months post-seminar.
4. Pre-recorded or live stream presentations, either in PowerPoint slides, video, & two screen presentations are all possible. Live Q&A is active for all sessions.
5. Include a company logo (PNG file), mission statement, bio & photo of yourself and the presenter/s.
6. Include a contact phone number (mobile), link of your website, products and service you wish to display at the conference.

Process
1. Once all EOI have been received, vetted and allocated, contracts will be sent to successful applicants. Once signed contracts are returned to you, we will be in contact with you for final confirmation no later than 05 Dec 2021.
2. You should ensure that we have all the information to begin building your individual virtual classrooms, vendor booths and 'in conference' advertising. Web links to products, mission statements and bio photos we requested, will all be used to brand and identify you and promote your company.
3. Contracts will stipulate fees for any advertising, promotion and any associated costs. It is our intent to offer reduced vendor rates to ensure maximum participation. Planned contracts will be sent out to successful applicants 01 Oct 2021.
4. Planned attendee registrations open from 08 Oct 2021.
5. Expected attendee registrations closed by COB 1st December 2021.
6. Conference date TBC January-February 2022. (Final date notification planned 05 Dec 2021).

Virtual K9 CONFERENCE
Whilst mainstream corporate companies have used this platform for years, it will be an Australian K9 first. We are relying on a combined effort from all K9 spheres, coming under one banner, within their own industries to showcase their skills and talent to the world.
We have assessed cheaper alternatives (ZOOM, Skype ect), and nothing can provide a more professional standard, than an 'End To End' service provider of virtual conferencing events.
You are taking part in an Australian K9 history making event.
* Successful applicants will be sent a unique Conferencing APP to install on their chosen device prior to the event.
* A Co-ordination conference, via zoom will be held one week prior to synch everyone, answer questions and solve any issues.
* Each instructor will get their own virtual classroom for the day over the morning, lunch and afternoon, to present on one, or multiple, K9 topics.
* Each vendor will have their own virtual store and ability to engage with customers. Fully branded and customizable.
* Due to operational and legislative requirements, each industry will be segregated when they register and enter the lobby, but have full access within their Tier level. This helps protect IP, identity and training practices not relevant to people outside of that industry.

INFORMATION
We are finalising technical details with a selected virtual conference provider in Australia. Details and final notification post risk assessment and confirmation of contract by Instructors - Vendors and registered participants will be no later than 05 Dec 2021.
K9HC and the virtual conference provider remain the owners of all and any digital content/media used for the purpose of the conference. By providing the content, you are providing permission for us to use it for the purpose of the conference.
