Swat K9 Interaction During Deployment SchoolBrad Smith has 30 years of service in Law Enforcement and recently retired from the West Covina Police Department in Southern California in June 2010. During his career he was a K9 handler for 20 years (including 18 years as a SWAT dog handler). Since 1999 he has been K9 Chairman for NTOA (National Tactical Officers Association) and Subject Matter Expert for the California Association of Tactical Officers.
Brad conducts his S.K.I.D.D.S. courses and C.A.T.S. (CAnine Tactical School) for LE only. He is a contributor to the Police K9 Magazine amongst others and is the leading K9 SWAT Instructor in North America. Brad has presented in Australia during the K909 conference and this will be his first ever SKIDDS/CATS course conducted in Australia. DO NOT MISS OUT on this once in a lifetime opportunity!
