James Hackett (owner operator of Island Trackers) out of the Phillipines, is the leading SAR contractor to the Phillipines Army and Special Forces K9 Teams. James moved to the Phillipines after successfully gaining the contract to raise a K9 SAR capability for the PDF.

James also contracts internationally including to Qatar and Saudi Arabia. He pioneered a Bloodhound (and Labrador) SAR capability, (including Cadaver) for the Phillipines Defence force and Coast Guard disater relief programs.

James has over 30 years of K9 experience including raising, training and sustaining a K9 SAR capability (including Dutch Shepards, Labradors and Bloodhounds) he is experienced in all breeds and is a wealth of knowledge for your SAR requirements.

James has successfully trained up countless teams, with operational finds of survivers and remains during disater relief efforts and Insurgent searches in the jungles of the Phillipines.
